All items are warranted against manufacturer's defects and are tested before shipment. Please contact us to arrange for a warranty return. If it's our fault, we'll fix it.
For returns received (not posted, but received) within 55 days there is a 10% restocking fee on non-defective, unused items to cover our costs and labor in processing your order. Items must be received in good condition, so pack them well.
After 55 days the restocking fee is 20%. My payment processor does not refund my initial processing fees after that time, so it costs me more to provide a refund after that time. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment source.
Plans/DVDs are not refundable under any circumstances
We keep our prices very, very low. So while we will gladly replace defective items, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on used items that are not defective.
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
We offer Email support for drilling problems. Well drilling can be complicated at times, but most problems have a simple solution.
